Skylar: She picked Alicia up after Conrad took her gun, bouncing her a little.
"It's okay," she said, "Ace kicked the snowman's butts. They're not coming any closer, nu-uh." She carried her back downstairs and had just settled into the couch when the others came back in. She had already huddled into a blanket, feeling her extremities throb as they began to thaw out. She opened the blanket and gestured to Conrad, inviting him to sit next to her. He looked at least as frozen as she was.
Ace: Once everything had been properly cared for - they'd figure out the corpses later, burning them was somewhat difficult under these conditions - he made his way back inside with the others, leaving his ax near the back door. He found Alicia in the living room and sat heavily in the chair behind her, brushing snow out of his hair. He'd already gotten most of it off of his clothes before he'd come back inside.

Conrad sat down next to Skylar, thankful for the blanket. He made sure they were both thoroughly covered before burying his face in the blanket. That was not how he'd wanted the day to end. He knew life wasn't fair, especially not anymore, but some part of him was aching a little that they couldn't have one perfect day.
Alicia climbed up into Ace's lap, finding him thoroughly frozen and not warm like normal. She hugged his chest, though, not caring about that, and caring more for the fact that she'd been scared and that the snowmen were not snowmen.
Rick was moving around in the kitchen when Lorna went back into the living room, journal out and blanket over her arm. Her face was red from the snow outside as she recorded what had happened. No one said much, still rattled from the sharp shift in mood so quickly- reminding them that no day was sacred to the walking dead.

Skylar: She snuggled into the blanket, feeling Conrad warming up next to her. She frowned, unhappy with the mood shift. She didn't blame anyone, she more blamed the universe. She just wanted to have Christmas for everyone, was that so wrong? She thought hard, trying to come up with something to make everyone happier, but now that she was getting warm again and the adrenaline was out of her system, she felt sleep hitting her over the head like a hammer. Her head began buzzing, and a headache tapped its way at the back of her head. She tried to shake it off though. Maybe singing would help? There weren't any more walkers out there to be drawn by it, they'd made sure. But what song? She knew a few, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, Deck the Halls... but for some reason they all seemed like too much effort, their tunes too complicated or something. We Wish You a Merry Christmas seemed like a contender, then she remembered a much nicer, much shorter one. Yeah, she was pretty sure she could manage that. She wobbled out as strongly as she could, only interrupting herself with a yawn once,
"Should old acquaintance be forgot, and never come to mind, should old acquaintance be forgot, in days of auld lang syne..."
Ace: He hugged Alicia close, trying to calm her. He assured her that they had gotten rid of all the "snowmen" and she was very, very safe, and he was right here, he had her, it was ok. When Skylar started singing he perked his head up. He knew this one, too. He didn't know what all the words meant, but he knew what they were. He held Alicia close and joined in,
"For auld lang syne, my dear for auld lang syne..."

Conrad didn't know the words, but he knew the tune plenty well to hum along. Lorna peered down at her cup, still half-full of wine and swirled it around, joining in as well.
"We'll take a cup of kindness yet, For auld lang syne..."
Rick in the kitchen found his way back to the doorway around this time, and managed to join in before too long. They managed to make it through enough verses for Alicia to even hum along by the end. Due to Skylar snuggling into Conrad and falling asleep in the middle of the song, he made his way up the steps with her in his arms to put her into bed for her much-deserved sleep. He tucked her in and the voices from downstairs rang quietly through the hallway.
"And there’s a hand my trusty friend! And give me a hand of thine! And we’ll take a right good-will draught, for auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, my dear for auld lang syne... We'll take a cup of kindness yet, For auld lang syne..."
